I was traveling after a long time through west of chord Road, and seriously I was left sad and shocked for a moment.It was one of my favorite roads, it was a wide road fully covered with trees on both sides.But today, it is no longer the same, half the trees are shattered and its all gone.I just wonder what's going to happen to this beautiful city Bengalooru in coming days:(

Ban to jayegi badi imaaratein aur metro,
par toot jayega ye hara aashiyana
Najane kab insaan ki zaroorate hongi puri,
Par tab tak hum zarror kho denge prakruti ka yeh sundar nazara

A thought floating in millions of minds.. N pity it still remains a thought.. Few lines to ponder upon:
Visualize the way you globalize,
Be certain for you wouldn't wanna take many lives(life of a tree).
The stretch I love the most is the one from CPRI to Ramaiah hospital entrance. Wat lovely shade and calmness.
@Harry:yeah, that stretch is also too good..I hope they dont damage that too:(
Past is past and lost is lost! Let's plant new trees and make the city greener again...

The trees that were cut from the krupanidhi-jakkasandra route, were attempted to be re-planted. Highly commendable act. But I'm unaware if it was a success..
